GuizhouHope Xing Kitchen Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hope Xing Kitchen)is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan West Hope·Tequ Group. It was registeredin July 2018 with a registered capital of 50 million Yuan. It is a logisticssociety,a joint-stock enterprise that integrates protection, catering, foodindustry, and logistics. The company is located in Guizhou Songtao EconomicDevelopment Zone, and is committed to building a headquarters economy,developing a group chain operation, and establishing a complete greenindustrial chain of raw materials, production, logistics and operation serviceson the basis of institutionalization, process and standardization. Taking theZhongyang kitchen as the core and taking the student meal as the leader, thedevelopment of the satellite kitchen will be promoted to form an “Integrated”group meal management service with diversified advantages.


Asthe core of link front-end raw material production and back-end clean foodsupply, the Hope Xing Kitchen plans to invest 200 million Yuan in three years, thusto build a Zhongyang Kitchen Group at Songtao headquarters, and develop morethan 100 satellite kitchens nationwide. The front end adopts the developmentmodel of “leading enterprise + state-owned company + cooperative (base) +farmer”, according to the actual needs of agricultural products such as fruitsand vegetables, grain and oil, meat, etc. in the Zhongyang Kitchen and othersatellite kitchens, and Songfeng County Jifeng Company and Xingwang Company.When the state-owned company signs the agricultural product purchase agreement,the state-owned company and the township (street) breeding professionalcooperatives, large-scale breeding, and breeding aquariums sign the relevantbreeding agreement, the whole process of "order-based" production, sothat the maximum The risk of breeding and breeding of cooperatives, largehouseholds and retail investors has been reduced, and the endogenous drivingforce for developing breeding has been stimulated. At present, 23 orders havebeen signed, involving 500 tons of fruits and vegetables, 200 tons of meat, and500 tons of grain and oil. The back-end adopts the supply mode of “nutritionmeal base + student canteen” to reduce the purchase of agricultural productsand reduce the procurement cost of canteens. Better guarantee the safety ofstudents' food, and truly realize the traceability of food safety supervisionfrom the "field to the table" process and the cooperative, farmersand students win-win. Currently, a supply agreement has been signed with twoschools.


Sincethe launch of the Zhongyang Kitchen Project, we have adhered to the developmentof production, processing and sales of the whole industry chain, to providestudents with nutritious meals as the basis, and gradually move to the canteensof the institutions and major supermarkets and citizens, through the process ofproducing raw materials (meat, vegetables,). Data tracking, we hope that Xing Kitchenwill standardize and transparently manage the whole process, and food safetywill be unified. All information will be uploaded online. This Zhongyang Kitchenfrom the field to the table will greatly promote the development of the pinetree breeding cycle and drive the cooperatives to increase production.
