The naval coach once served in a detachment of theShanxi Armed Police Corps. The military quality is excellent, the military isthe deputy squad leader, and the team has won the third class merit and the honorarytitle of the outstanding soldier. After retiring, he has been engaged in theeducation of corporate employees. Strict living habits and good militaryqualities have created a strong will. It is able to combine traditionaleducation and military training in a complete way, so that the individualwillpower of the students will be more breakthrough,and committed to buildingfarming and animal husbandry army. Now working at the Tequ Training College, heis the head coach of the military development department. He is mainlyresponsible for organizing and implementing the newly-expanded universitystudents, the new recruits, and the middle and high-level military developmenttraining.

2. Outward Training (experienced training) Coach:Experience through a well-designed experiential training program, discoverweaknesses of individuals and teams, and reflect on improvement methods. Createteam cohesion, improve department or team work efficiency, and increase output.
