March 15，the ZonghaiAquacultureGroup under Tequ Group opened in Zhangzhou base company, Fujian Province.
In September, the Group officially signed acooperation agreement with Lanzhou University, Berkeley of CaliforniaandMeishan City to jointly establish a research institute.
