In November, Xi Jinping, the general secretary of the CPCCentral Committee and the president of the state, who was on a state visit toVietnam, met with the staff of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, representativesof Chinese-funded enterprises in Vietnam, and representatives of Chinesestudents, and took photos with them.
